We want all our customers to have the best shopping experience with dear dylan and encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions regarding fit, we are always here to help. For further information please refer to our size guide.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact dear dylan via email within five business days of receiving your delivery to request a return.
Please include your order number, full name and the reason for return. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days using a tracked shipping method. All return costs are that of the customer.
Once your item has arrived back to us it will be assessed and once accepted your exchange, store credit or refund will be processed within 48hrs.
To be eligible for return all products must be unworn in new condition with all tags attached. Please ensure when trying on garments you do not mark them with make-up. We reserve the right to refuse a return should the garments be worn or marked. Please ensure all underwear is tried on over top of your own underwear until you have decided to keep your order.
Please note: sale items are not eligible for return, all sales are final, unless faulty.
Dear dylan offers complimentary shipping (where applicable) with the understanding the customer will keep the goods purchased. If you choose to return your order please note dear dylan will retain shipping costs incurred.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Please note all items are thoroughly checked before dispatch but in the unfortunate event a fault is found or your order is damaged in transit please contact dear dylan via email with 48hrs of arrival. A full refund including shipping charges will be provided. Please note we do not offer refunds for general wear and tear.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used during checkout and my take up to 7 business days to clear.
